What if there was a solution that allowed you to talk Data, see Data People, and travel to Data Events! On the 8th of November, after a stellar day at the PNW Day of Data , you have the unique opportunity to Ride the Data Bus from the Portland/Vancouver (WA!) area up to Seattle with 50 of your soon to be closest Data Buddies. Our chartered bus will pick up in two designated spots in Portland and Vancouver, head North to Seattle, possibly stop for ice cream, and then drop you off at the front door of the Hyatt Regency in Seattle, home of the PASS Summit 2026 starting on November 9th where you can meet MORE data buddies.
Not only will we have treats, drinks, and fun, but during the ride, our special guests, Kellyn Gorman and Pat Wright, Advocates from Redgate, will be hosting and recording an episode of the Simple Talk Podcast where they will interview riders on the bus. This podcast will be published by Redgate after the bus trip for everyone’s enjoyment!
Community is such a strong part of our data family, and this is a great opportunity to make new friends, and have a chance to sit with some of the speakers from the PNW Day of Data! Friends you make on this tour will last a lifetime and so will your comments on the podcast…
In case this wasn’t enough fun, the Seattle Day of Data will be directly after PASS Summit, ending a packed Week of Data. Sorry, the bus is only one way, but your memories and friends and new contacts will help you move forward in your life and career!
